In our work with the LEADx Leadership Development Community, Kevin Kruse and I noticed a pretty substantial gap in EQ content.

There’s plenty of content out there on “how to grow your EQ” and “why EQ matters to a person, a team, or an org.”

But, there’s not much out there on how to scale EQ training throughout an org.

So, in the last 3 months, we've written over 30 interviews profiling how HR and L&D leaders develop the emotional intelligence of their people.

Guests so far have included the CLO of Google, the CHRO at Boys & Girls Club, and the Head of Leadership Development at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

To organize this work into one actionable resource, we built out a devoted page called “Emotional Intelligence in Practice.”
